The screen size of 17 inches in a laptop may not prove to be sufficient for you and in such a scenario you can look out for the best monitors for MacBook Pro in 2022. If you are an Apple fan then you would love MacBook Pro for its style, power, and speed. But I'm also not a video editor or art producer or anything like that. The MacBook Pro Laptops have excellent displays but if you need a bigger display then you can consider looking for the monitors. I like the simple styling which basically fades into the background when you're working. The web cam is good enough for my purposes and better than the older MacBooks. I ended up sending it in to LG to have it fixed (no cost).įrom what I can tell though they just sent me a new one that had those issues corrected. I should note I did have the super buggy first version initially that had the WiFi issue as well as some extreme ghosting and what looked and behaved like burn in. I suspect it's exactly the same panel inside.Ĭompared to an OLED panel or any Mini Led ones it's never gonna compete black level wise because it's got a single backlight. Pretty similar to what's in the older 5K iMacs. Mine has no dead pixels and the screen uniformity is pretty good. It's a very nice pixel dense IPS panel with good color calibration. You can also read my blog post with my research and additional info/blogspam here: What do you have paired with your M1 MBP and actually love for photo/video editing? Maybe the 34BK95U-W but that's really pushing my budget and I don't know if it has amazing enough stats to be worth it for my usage. I'm leaning towards the PA329C or U4320Q. Ok, any others I should consider? Ideally, I want a monitor that compliments the beautiful display on the MBP, but I also can't afford the monitors in the $4k range.
